At Om Gems, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that every gemstone and product is 100% genuine, certified, and carefully packed. However, due to the sacred and customized nature of our items, we do not accept any returns.
Open Delivery Policy:
We offer Open Delivery service in select locations.
This means the customer can open the package in front of the delivery agent before accepting it.
Please note:
- Open Delivery is applicable only for prepaid orders in supported cities/pin codes.
- You may check the product’s physical condition (e.g., broken, wrong item).
- You cannot reject the order for reasons like change of mind, color shade, or size preference.
- Unboxing must be done in the presence of the delivery agent. A video recording is recommended for proof.
- Once the product is accepted and delivery is confirmed, no return or replacement will be entertained.
No Return Policy:
- We do not accept returns once the product is delivered and accepted.
- All items go through strict quality checks before shipping.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with unboxing video.
